For more than 100 years, businesses, organizations, and individuals across Missouri have turned to Williams-Keepers LLC for accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services grounded in relationships, responsiveness, and long-term thinking. Their longstanding history, clientele, and growth are the reasons that drove Williams Keepers to move forward with much-needed renovations for the ability to adapt as the industry and technologies evolve.

The Architects Alliance involvement began with programming, preliminary design, site feasibility study, and risk assessments of potential new building sites but ultimately landed on renovating their current office location. The 17,300 sf renovation was done in two phases to minimize downtime of the office. The project included 20 offices, 37 workstations, and multiple meeting and collaboration spaces. A 1,200 sf training room with support spaces was created that can be securely separated from the office for event rentals.
