Full time Architect
Seeking a licensed Architect with a minimum of five years of experience with commercial project design. Candidates must have experience with interviewing clients to ascertain building needs and amenities, and must be able to provide a flexible, client-driven design process within budget parameters. Preference given for independent design and project management experience.
Necessary Skillsets: Ability to work both independently and as a team member; Strong communication skills, both oral and written; Negotiation skills; Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; Time management, Training in both CAD and REVIT.
Desired Skillsets: Proposal and contract writing skills, working knowledge of specification writing, cost estimating experience.
