Tasks: Vary with position, but generally include working on all design phases through construction administration, programming, drafting and 3D modeling, preparing cost estimates, writing specifications, detailing drawings, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with project team members.
Desired skill sets: Experience in the architecture and construction industry, ability to work independently and as a supportive team member, strong communication, ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and time management.
Software: Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam are routinely used. Proficiency in Revit is preferred. Experience with Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape is beneficial, but not required.
