The public showroom, sales, parts, and administration include a nationally recognized corporate branding vocabulary. The automotive service areas are comprised of locally manufactured masonry and long span steel joists. Project comprised of a new state of the art facility organized by 13,100 sq. ft. of sales/parts/admin, 21,300 sq. ft. automotive service, and 2,800 sq. ft. storage mezzanine. The site includes efficient vehicular circulation, ample and expandable inventory display, and excellent traffic visibility. Site preparation included significant improvement to the existing topography. A column-free interior with center driving lane ensure safety and optimum energy efficiency. New state of the art service equipment maximizes quality of service and customer satisfaction while providing a pride in quality work environment for employees. This new facility represents the third significant facility investment within the master planned campus.
