The project included renovations to the entire building. Exterior renovations included EIFS repair and patching, painting, and door replacement. Interior renovations included replacement of all finishes, including flooring, ceiling, paint, doors and hardware, and casework. Electrical scope included lighting, power, fire alarm, intercom, data, and security. Plumbing scope included replacement of existing fixtures and piping. The Mechanical system was replaced throughout the entire building.
