Missouri Corn Growers Office Building

Client:
Missouri Corn Growers
Square Footage:

14,500 square feet

Location:
Jefferson City, Missouri

Missouri Corn Growers contracted Architects Alliance to perform a site feasibility study and schematic design for a new office building and garage. After purchasing a site, exploring several design options, and Board approval, the Architects Alliance was authorized to begin final design. The new facility includes 14 offices, a large boardroom, storage rooms, a freestanding garage/support building, and ample parking. Special consideration was given to creating spaces capable of hosting a variety of meetings and events. Interior and exterior spaces are equipped with AV systems to support board meetings, remote interviews, and large industry events. The building is designed for a future expansion of additional office and meeting rooms if the need arises. Materials include load-bearing metal stud construction, cold-formed trusses, a hardened internal storm shelter, brick, natural stone, and a metal panel facade. Construction began in August 2025 and is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2026.
