The Architects Alliance has designed numerous projects for the Jefferson City Area YMCA. The Southern Boone Area YMCA is a branch of Jefferson City. The Architects Alliance teamed with Porter Berendzen Architects and master planned four major phases. The initial phase was completed in February 2021 and includes a fitness center, turf training room, large and small group fitness, locker rooms, restrooms, admin, Mizzou Health Suite, child watch, and support spaces. Future phases include gymnasium space, elevated track, aquatic center, larger locker rooms and family locker rooms, on-site child care, teen center, racquetball courts, tumbling/wrestling space, spinning class, and additional multipurpose space.
