Special Learning Center purchased an existing office building in 2023. The scope of work included 31,000 square feet of heavy renovation to accommodate spaces for their program that serves children with special needs. Spaces include Administration, Community Room, Early Childhood Special Education Classrooms, Childcare spaces, Therapy, and support space. A new 10,000 SF pre-engineered metal building houses the SKIP Clinic for therapy services to children with special needs and also contains a basement for storage and equipment.
